Consultations in herbalism, nutrition and supplementation are conducted by filling in a comprehensive assessment form which will be sent to your email. This will include family history, present lifestyle and diet, your medication and nutritional supplementation, your past and current symptoms from infancy onwards .As soon as you have filled out this form and have send through the payment, I will analyze the information.
Within 7 days, you will be contacted for any further relevant information. Your individualized and comprehensive treatment plan will then be composed and send to your inbox. This will include a diet plan as well as other informative and educational information. The diet plan will be broken up into small, daily steps which will be easier for you to follow, and will help good nutritional advice become life long habits. The following the actual nutritional plan, will be build up slowly depending on your needs. A nutritional goal plan, based on your needs and your input, will be made as well.
For the next two months after receiving your initial treatment plan, I will contact you once a week to inquire how things are going. Between these sessions, you are welcome and encouraged to ask any questions and rely on her ongoing support, advice and motivation.

Face to Face consultations
Consultations will take around an hour for nutrition, supplementation and herbalism. You will be given a comprehensive assessment form to fill out with questions related to family history, present lifestyle and diet, your medication and nutritional supplement history, your past and current symptoms from infancy onwards . Detailed case histories will include: family history, lifestyle, social history, past and current symptoms and diseases from conception and infancy onwards, medication history, nutritional supplement history, current and historic dietary trends and exposure to toxins.
Within 7 days, I will schedule another appointment with you. In this appointment, you will be given your individualize and comprehensive treatment plan which I will go through with you. This will include a diet plan as well as other informative and educational information.
